Digital fabrication becoming a consumer-level technology brings about the demand for novel paradigms of digital model design. This is a truly difficult task as occasional users often need both, an inspiration to realize what they would like to build, as well as support to technically accomplish the necessities of the intended design. We develop novel computer-assisted modeling solutions that allow for easy creation, manipulation, and personal fabrication of 3D objects by everyday users. The visionary application is a tablet-app that allows everybody to instantly create and manipulate 3D objects. This could be a new shape for a vase on the table, a new piece of furniture, or a toy-car.
